Eligibility and account security

You must be at least 18. Provide accurate registration information, protect your credentials and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity reasonably attributable to your account.

Free beta

The current beta is free. There are no subscriptions, purchases, checkout, renewal or payment obligations. Future paid features would require separate terms and cannot create retroactive charges.

Service and households

Holodos provides household inventory tracking, expiration reminders, a shopping list, household invitations, an AI chat assistant grounded in your inventory (Smart Holodos), inventory-based recipe suggestions, and optional AI-assisted product recognition from photos. Household members can see and modify shared content. Invite only people you are authorized to invite.

User content

You retain rights in your content. You grant Holodos a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transform, transmit and display it only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service. Do not upload unlawful content, malware, secrets, content infringing others’ rights, or images you are not entitled to process.

AI, food and safety

Product recognition, Smart Holodos replies and recipe suggestions can be incomplete or wrong and require your judgment. They are organizational aids, not medical, dietary or food-safety advice. Never rely on Holodos alone to decide whether food is safe — inspect its actual condition and follow authoritative safety guidance.

Availability and beta changes

The beta may change, experience interruptions, or have features added or removed. We use reasonable care but provide no SLA. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.

Acceptable use

Do not attack, scrape abusively, bypass access controls, interfere with others, impersonate people, or use the service unlawfully. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for abuse, security or legal compliance.

Intellectual property and law

Holodos software and branding remain protected by applicable rights. These Terms are governed by the applicable law of the Russian Federation, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply to them.
